Go up as much as needed to achieve the elevation of the format you choose to run.

It is made of:

The different formats you can choose
Everest – 8849m – 37.8 repetitions / ~60 kms (if only going up and taking the gondola down)
Kilimandjaro – 5895m – 25.2 repetitions / ~39 kms
Mont-Blanc – 4809m – 20.2 repetitions / ~16 kms
El Capitan – 2308m – 9.7 repetitions / ~8 kms
For the last repetition, you do not need to achieve the full elevation. Each format will be marked on the ground for the height to achieve.
The rules
- You need to complete the full elevation up but you are free to run downwards, bike, or take the gondola at opening times.
- For each format, you have a maximum time of 36h.
- Any support or assist is allowed on the race. But please respect the other competitors.
- You need to record your run with a GPS device, no proper timing will be organized to keep the cost of the race low.
- It is mandatory to have a front light of 200 lumens or more between 20h00 and 6h00.
