The goal

Go up as much as needed to achieve the elevation of the format you choose to run.

The route

The segment to go up is the following one:

The elevation of this segment is 239 meters for a distance of 1.53 kms.

It is made of:

  • stairs (TODO: count how many stairs)
  • gravel (TODO: how long)
  • asphalt (TODO: how long)

The different formats you can choose

Everest – 8849m – 37.8 repetitions / ~60 kms (if only going up and taking the gondola down)

Kilimandjaro – 5895m – 25.2 repetitions / ~39 kms

Mont-Blanc – 4809m – 20.2 repetitions / ~16 kms

El Capitan – 2308m – 9.7 repetitions / ~8 kms

For the last repetition, you do not need to achieve the full elevation. Each format will be marked on the ground for the height to achieve.

The rules

  1. You need to complete the full elevation up but you are free to run downwards, bike, or take the gondola at opening times.
  2. For each format, you have a maximum time of 36h.
  3. Any support or assist is allowed on the race. But please respect the other competitors.
  4. You need to record your run with a GPS device, no proper timing will be organized to keep the cost of the race low.
  5. It is mandatory to have a front light of 200 lumens or more between 20h00 and 6h00.
